Ken motioned to approve the AGM minutes from
last year.
Motion made to approve Minutes from May 11

TREASURERS REPORT
Membership
dues collected
were $540 for the 2020/2021 year
HALLOWEEN DANCE
After
much discussion
we weren’t sure if the church would be open, if it isn’t open by
October due to
Covid, we will not be able to hold the dance.Will the musicians be available?
Suggestion was that we skip the Halloween
Dance and possibly
do a Spring Dance since we were not sure when things would open
again.
It was moved not to have a dance in October
due to Covid.

Motion was carried
ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Advice from the nomination committee to
suspend the elections
and keep the same board members, minus Nan Stangler.
Motion to suspend elections until 2021
Diana seconded
Motion was approved

Who is responsible for the roster?
It
is the
responsibility of the Treasurer to maintain an up to date
membership list with
addresses and phone numbers and the secretary will share the
list three weeks
before the general meeting.
